Why OHS?
When we buy a car or a phone, we test them beforehand, but we usually do not test buildings, which are some of our major investments. Therefore, we have not acquired relevant criteria to assess their construction, renewal and maintenance. We spend about 90 percent of the time in built up space. We do not tend to be aware of its influence on our life and work, on our well-being, health, safety and productivity, but we nevertheless design buildings to last at least 50 or 100 years. Buildings are not designed by architects only, but by everybody – public decision makers, investors, users.

Who is it for?
The festival is intended for the general public: people enter buildings to experience quality architecture and establish contacts with professionals. It also serves to promote the leading experts in the fields of planning, design, construction, and real estate.
