Črna vas housing complex
Atelje Ostan Pavlin / 2011
The residential area, comprising 9 houses with 15 flats, was designed in the tradition of farmhouses on the Ljubljana Marshes, with roof ridges parallel to the road and service buildings placed behind them. Parking spaces are located near the road, which leaves safe open spaces between the houses, reminiscent of the traditional farm yards. The living quarters and the gardens face south, with a view of the mountain of Krim. The buildings are archetypal marsh houses, with dual pitched roofs. Only a third of the development has been built so far.
