Two glittering skyscrapers are being built on Celovška Street in Ljubljana. At 85 metres, they are the tallest residential buildings in Slovenia, surpassing the height of Castle Hill. The two towers have undoubtedly changed the skyline of the city and brought it a new dimension that reflects the spirit of our times. They are not only the tallest buildings, but also the most efficient, namely 3.0. This means that on a plot of 8,000 m2, three times as much above-ground space has been built, 24,000 m2. The skyscrapers contain 208 apartments with an average size of 75 m2. The most important feature of the residential complex is the view of the city and the surrounding area. To the north, the Kamnik Alps open up, and to the west, the view reaches all the way to Triglav. Spektra means both urban living and living above the city, with a view that previously only birds had.
