Scandinavian house
Modular arhitekti / 2013
The house, built mostly in wood, evokes Scandinavian openness and proximity to nature. The residential part of the building is a single open volume, up to the gable roof. A suspended construction between two floors adds an interesting touch to the interior. The lower terrace features an open pool with fitness spaces next to it. This part of the house has a green roof, which makes for a smooth passage of outside nature into the interior.
