Simply dwelling

A retired couple moved from an oversized house into a small ground-floor house. It was designed without any architectonic barriers and in close contact with its garden. It offers panoramic views and is aesthetically enframed by two existing fruit trees.
The house has a very simple design. Its ground plan provides the residents with a modern dwelling comfort. A double-pitched roof indicates the division into a sleeping and a living part. The house is appropriate for senior residents and does not require much maintenance.
