The building, which was already a favorite gathering place for artists in the 19th century, is also intended for artists after renovation. There are 17 working units in the 2230 square meter building. Four studios are intended for art residences, two for young artists, two are reserved for sculptors, and the rest for other artists. In addition to a tour of the building, a tour of art studios will be organized during the festival.
