The renovation of the industrial building of Iskratel company in Kranj is an example of a brownfield site re-usage. The abandoned industrial hall has been converted into the offices of a technology park. The renovation comprised the facade, interior design, entrance appendices, the fire staircase, and exterior landscaping. A new characteristic feature of the building are its shadings made of perforated aluminum which give a uniform look and create a background setting resembling the surrounding fields.
