Velenje Promenade
Enota / 2014
LOCATION: Trg mladosti 1, Velenje
The Velenje town promenade is an important public space and a vital thoroughfare, which was closed for traffic thirty years ago and made into a pedestrian zone. Nevertheless, it had not undergone a complete makeover and had been used mainly as a shortcut to the city center. Now, the promenade has become a succession of small spaces with the central stage for public events by the river Paka.
