RENOVATION OF A HOUSE IN MURGLE

In the renovation of the atrium house in Murgle, built in 1982, architects wanted to retain its typical outer appearance that contributes to the character of this protected neighbourhood. Although the interventions on the outside are scarce, small interventions in the interior radically improve the quality of the rooms, which now open towards the atrium. New single space unites kitchen with the dining room, cascades into the living room and opens into the green atrium. Outdoor atrium acts as the extension of the inner living spaces and blurs the border between indoors and outdoors.
