Manpower Offices

When recruitment agency Manpower’s was acquired by the new owner, a new workspace was needed to replace the existing Ljubljana office and to accommodate the ensuing cultural changes. The first step was to relocate the office to a more accessible, high end alternative. The company also identified the need to house the front and back office together in a more dynamic and flexible work environment, and to allow expansion in view of potential future growth. To identify challenges and ensure maximum user friendliness the architects collaborated closely with users at all phases of the project. The final result was a new office location and a workspace that allowed complete flexibility, with a front and back office under one roof, communal spaces and a welcoming but upmarket reception area.
