LOCATION: Zagrebška cesta 102, 2000 Maribor
The client wanted a recognizable technologically advanced office building with low energy consumption. The reinforced concrete building is shaped as an abstract water droplet with eye-popping red facade. The building is separated from its immediate surroundings in an industrial zone encircled by a layer of trees.
