Youth Hostel Celje

The youth hostel in Celje was born out of the need for hotel accommodation for young people and the aim to expand the youth center in the town. The project was supported by the European Regional Development Fund and the Municipality. Part of the building with hostel and cafe is registered as cultural heritage, and was renovated with minimal alterations of the construction. A group of artists then upgraded the design of the rooms with different stories from the history of Celje.
