Youth Centre and Hostel Ajdovščina

Youth hostel Ajdovščina occupies former Italian army barracks renovated in accordance with traditional local building methods. Interior spaces open towards the exterior: skylights look out into poplar canopies, corridors extend outwards through window slits in the facade while the ground floor common room merges with the park through large windows. The clever interior design is nice and attractive.
