Library Grosuplje

Abiro, Matej Blenkuš, Miloš Florijančič / 2007

The library is located in the extension wing along the old listed building that used to host the library. Today, there are offices and halls in the old building, while the new facility with its unobtrusive appearance allows the old building to dominate the space. Seemingly diminished by the broken façade, it is in fact twice the size of the old building. The interior of the library consists of a large library space distinguished by good, natural light and state-of-the-art technology.
