Situla Complex

Bevk-Perović arhitekti, Matija Bevk, Vasa Perović, Andrej Ukmar / 2103

The Situla residential and business complex is part of a wider new area between Vilharjeva Street and the railway station. Under the building, there are 830 parking spaces and service rooms. The lower ground floor hosts a shopping center and a public parking, while the upper ground floor features entrance hall and several shops. The first two floors are dedicated to offices and a fitness center. The two residential towers comprise 226 apartments, all with a covered terrace encircling the whole perimeter of the building. Thus, the living room is extended to the exterior, where residents can enjoy panoramic views of the city.

In case of larger number of visitors, the visitors will be divided into smaller groups. We ask you for your patience.
