Bicycle bridge over the Sava at Bohinjska Bistrica

Dans arhitekti / 2013

The new bicycle bridge spans in an elegant arch over the Sava river. Its shape and geometry allow for high water passage, while its width and slope respond to bikers’ needs. The bridge is 53.6 metres long and sits on both river banks. Its supports help to unburden the moment of force in the maximum span zone, thus contributing to a rational, slim construction.
