The farm that used to stand on this plot had to be pulled down as it had become decrepit. Its position was preserved by the new house that takes advantage of the slope of the terrain into which it is partly dug and partly placed upon. The façade imitates the hayrack pattern. The two displaced floors form an overhang on one side, while the other side allows for more light to penetrate into the lower floor.
