House "B"

NAINO / 2016

Prefabricated passive house for a young family, situated on a relatively narrow plot. The challenge was to provide maximum comfort, but at the same time focus on a demanding location and the legislation. The main living area is situated on the ground floor, along with the longest side of the plot and open to the south-western sun. The upper volume with pitched roof follows the shape of the other houses in the street and is occupied by bedrooms. The volume is supported by a steel frame and offers shelter to the entrance and a car.
