House ZTR1B
Tatjana Kerčmar, Iztok Prosen, id: doma / 2010
The basic visible material of this Maribor home is concrete of various grades and treatments, which allows a demanding construction and acts as a lead motive of the house. The construction concrete is combined with sand-treated wooden panelling. Floors and ceilings feature cut polished concrete surfaces and the facade is made of washed concrete. This contributes to a totally honest construction and image of the house. All facade metal fittings are made of naturally weathered Corten steel.
