House SC

Albina Kindlhofer, Valič arhitekti / 2007

A suburban house turns into a town villa. This 1960’s family house was transformed into two independent apartments. By transferring the staircase to one side and adding and reducing a few volumes, a small apartment was designed on the ground floor and a bigger one on the first floor, each complete with a terrace. Instead of a dual ridge roof, the house now has a flat roof.
