House R

Bazaarhitektura d.o.o. / 2016

This home for a family of five in Trebnje is a cluster of five volumes, separated and united by communications. Four of them are covered with a gable roof, while the fifth is a separate volume with a flat roof, housing the living quarters. There is a high wall separating the house from a noisy street. All the central spaces face a small slope with an open swimming pool. All the interior furniture and equipment has been custom made according to the specific design of the house and its extremely high rooms which reach the roof, offering a sensation of airiness and spaciousness.
