Orle House
Arhé / 2008
A single-family home stands on a steep terrain in the rural suburbs of Ljubljana. The house is a single volume, clad in dark fiber-cement panels that wrap the house all around. The back of the house is raised to make the space for a covered driveway. The house is pitched onto a concrete core that houses the staircase and the service spaces. The interior features a ramp that follows the profile of the terrain and connects the living room with the raised gallery.
