House catching the water

Superform / 2011

The house is in a residential area that lies immediately along the road due to the steep terrain. It is situated in the middle of the plot that was enlarged and levelled through excavation and mounding of the terrain. This makes the facility more exposed to the sun, allowing for a better view of the surrounding houses. The inspiration for the design was the water that divided the house into two banks or branches, while at the same time creating a bed in the form of a habitable terrace.
