NMII House
Dans arhitekti / 2012
A new home was built between two existing houses. The layout was determined by the size of the plot, the low budget and the client’s desire for maximum privacy. The wooden ground floor has a flat on one level and a large terrace, a quiet studio and two bedrooms, facing a small atrium and a bicycle garage. The façade consists of coarse, untreated boards of different widths, which are impregnated in a greenish tone and stacked in a wrap with the precision of furniture production. The minimalistic concept is expressed in the artistic design, the material and the coloring, as well as in the imaginative arrangement of spaces and openings.
