National Galery - central part

Sadar + Vuga / 2001

The central part of the National Gallery stands between two older gallery buildings. Used as the entrance, an event venue and exhibition grounds for the Robba fountain, its single space is composed of numerous smaller compartments. The main concern of the design was to preserve the view from the city centre towards the Tivoli park through the building.
