Lipica Stud Farm restoration

D-R-A-F-T-arhitekti / 2015

One of the oldest trademarks of Slovenia, Lipica stud farm, underwent its first comprehensive renovation in 30 years and rediscovered the original understanding of the phenomenon of cultural landscape and state monument. The renovation included reconstruction of buildings, park alleys, accesses and roads, as well as the construction of a water treatment plant. All this brought a new approach to the development of the stud farm, with better organisation and a different understanding of its tourist possibilities.
