The building was designed as a single volume with a dark base and a lighter main volume with an overhanging front and a glass facade. The office section features a ground floor and two upper floors, connected by a central staircase with a sun tunnel. The manufacture section consists of an elevated ground floor and an upper floor, defined by wooden beams and sun tunnels.
