BISTRO is the result of a playful interaction between the old and the new, between two completely different ambients. The authors metaphorically call them HOUSE – an existing space and HIDDEN GARDEN – a space that offers itself to the visitor in the atrium. The result of this reflection is a green, open summer garden, which can also be used in winter. The main materials of the new building are wood and brick. The old house is characterized by clean elements in the walls and ceilings with additions in concrete, wood and metal.
