Theater, radio, movie and television Academy

The addition on top of the existing building designed by architect Ivan Vurnik preserves all its recognizable architectural elements. The volume »sitting« on the top floor is designed by mimicking the same compositional laws as the listed part of the building in terms of rhythm and articulation of the façade. The building is divided into a film and theatre department; therefore, the floor plan was split into left and right sections, as seen from the central staircase. The facility is equipped with all the necessary technical features needed by the Academy of theatre, radio, film and television (AGRFT).
