Aljoša Merljak / 2015

The apartment in Ljubljana, owned by a young couple, consists of a dry and a wet part. The wet space resembles Scandinavian-type bathrooms. The central living space can be used as a dining room for up to eight people, or as a living room. The furniture was placed along the walls to allow the maximum usage of the available space. The project is an example of good practice in solving the housing problems of the young. It is an experiment in combining a rational, but nevertheless high quality lifestyle with today’s fast-pace way of life.
