Invitation to the volunteers to participate in the festival OHS

WHEN AND WHERE?

OHS Festival will happen in April 2023.

HOW ARE VOLUNTEERS INVOLVED IN THE EVENT?

Volunteers will help building owners and architects to carry out a guided tour. Without volunteers, this event can not be organized, therefore, we highly appreciate your help!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS PHOTOGRAPHERS

The architecture is designed for people. Therefore we collect the best photos from the festival OHS to catch memorable highlights of the festival. We need photos to promote the festival and therefore always specify the authors of the photos.

HOW MANY VOLUNTEERS WILL BE INVOLVED?

Approximately50 volunteers. This means that each volunteer visits one to three buildings.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

We are looking for interested volunteers of various profiles from all over Slovenia. It is welcome if you are interested in architecture, design and the built environment issues.

WHAT WILL BE MY TASK?

to attend a meeting for volunteers in Ljubljana;
attend free training about public speaking;
a week before the event, call the owner of the building and the architect and check agreement for the vistit;
take care that the event – the visit of the building goes smoothly;
after the event to send a short report and photos from the event.

WHAT DO I GET AS OHS VOLUNTEER?

experience in the field of organization, public speaking, architecture and built environment;
free participation in training for public speaking;
meet new colleagues and friends, architects, investors;
participation in training for volunteers;
badge and a shirt OHS, which will identify you as one of the organizers;
certificate of participation in OHS festival.

VOLUNTEERS WILL WORK PAID?

Unfortunately we can not pay your work. We offer free training in public speaking and practical experience.
